Submission of Papers

Abstracts

(not to exceed 500 words)

Papers, either poster or oral presentations, can be submitted by sending an abstract in English, until August 15.

The MS Word file (template provided) should be single-spaced (Times New Roman, 12 points) in A4 format, including: title, authors (underline the person who will present the paper), affiliation, address, text, figures and references. If necessary, you can include a figure and/or table.

The file name should contain the initial of the first name and surname, e.g., JPérez.doc. If the author has more than one abstract, it should be numbered as follows: JPérez1 .doc; JPérez2.doc; etc.

Full papers

Authors whose submission will be scheduled for oral presentation will be required to submit a paper of approx. 6 pages.

Presentation format

English or Spanish (oral); English (written).

Poster dimensions

Maximum dimensions for the poster are:

Width: 100 cm.
Height: 120 cm.
